User Policies
Effective date: March 9, 2026
These policies supplement the Terms of Service and describe prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, and enforcement practices for TechForest LLC products and websites.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
You may not use TechForest products or websites to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our services without written permission
- Use our services in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users (e.g., excessive automated requests)
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application or underlying algorithms
- Use our services for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
2. Abuse Reporting
If you believe another user or a third party is violating these policies or misusing our platform, please report it to abuse@techforest.org.
Please include in your report:
- A description of the alleged violation
- Any relevant evidence or screenshots
- Your contact information for follow-up
We review all reports and aim to respond within 5 business days. We will keep your report confidential to the extent permitted by law.
3. DMCA / Copyright Takedown
TechForest LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Designated Agent: To submit a DMCA takedown request, contact our designated agent:

Required information for a takedown request:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notice: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in Massachusetts, and your signature.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for suspension or termination:
- Violation of these policies or the Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Security threats or abusive behavior
- Legal compliance requirements
Notice: We will generally provide advance notice of suspension or termination unless the violation requires immediate action to protect the platform or other users (e.g., active security threat or fraud).
Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, contact abuse@techforest.org within 30 days of the action. We will review your appeal and respond within 10 business days.
5. Enforcement Discretion
TechForest LLC reserves the right to enforce these policies at our discretion. Our failure to enforce a policy in a particular instance does not waive our right to enforce it in future instances. We may update these policies from time to time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
